You may download a State of Massachusetts voter registration form, or request to have a voter registration application mailed to you  by visiting the Massachusetts Elections Division on the website of the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
Using this directory provided by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, you can contact your city clerk to get information about voting  on election day in your community.
